 Regina Bankston is a 2007 graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine, Pastry Arts, and a 2008 ICES CMSA. An Army wife & mother she started baking professionally in 1999 in Stuttgart Germany. Her 17 years of professional baking experiences include owner and operator of Camouflage Catering LLC for 10 years.  


  Daniel Corpuz is the owner of One Baker’s Cakes by Daniel Corpuz in Staten Island, New York. Unlike many other entrepreneurs, however, Daniel is an eighteen year old student currently attending the Culinary Institute of America for its Baking and Pastry

 Jennifer Dontz is basically self taught in the art of cake decorating.  She lives in Manistee, Michigan with her husband of 30 years, Jeff, and they have two boys, Joe 28 and Jason 25. She has been decorating for 40 years.  Her floral background inspires her to keep striving for the most realism possible in her sugar flowers and foliage.

Mary Jo Dowling


  Mary Jo Dowling, CMSA, a recent re-transplant back to Pennsylvania, is a past ICES president and Certification Test Chairman. She has been teaching, demonstrating, and judging sugar craft techniques for several years both nationally and abroad.



Kathleen started her teaching career at the age of 16, for Wilton Industries; youngest instructor to have taught for Wilton; total 21 years. Kathleen received numerous awards from Wilton; Hall of Fame and Imperial Club Awards; as a top instructor

Mari Senaga and her work have been featured in numerous cake media. She has 20+ years of teaching of cake and sugar arts. She is best known for creating traditional gumpaste flowers and fondant designs, out of modeling chocolate, developing new techniques.

   Terry has been decorating cakes for over 35 years starting when he was 14 years old. With his love and passion for decorating, Terry decided to take classes to enrich his knowledge of fondant and gum paste mediums. He entered his first wedding cake competition in 2009 and has placed awards in several shows.
