Becky Rink, CSA is an award winning decorator and author of “The Top Shelf Baker – Sweet Treats From a Well Stocked Bar”. Becky has spent the last 15 years honing her craft as the previous owner of About the Cake, expanding on her skills and sharing her love of decorating through teaching. She has competed on nationally televised programs such as We TV’s Wedding Cake Wars, TLC’s Ultimate Cake Off and Halloween Wars on the Food Network, making her the only baker in Cleveland to be on all three major networks. Becky teaches a variety of sugar mediums such as, but not limited to: poured sugar, piping, modeling chocolate, fondant, painting, airbrushing, sculpting, mold making and using and much more.
Anna Weisend is a pastry chef and sugar artist who started her custom cake boutique, The Grand Finale, in 2000. Her work has won numerous awards and has been published in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Russia. She appeared as a contestant on WEtv’s Wedding Cake Wars. She has worked in conjunction with David Tutera and has created cakes for former congressman Martin Hoke, JRB Publishing, the Nestle Corporation, the Kirby Company, and many satisfied brides.
In addition to creating cakes, Chef Anna has been sharing her love of pastry and decorating since 2003. Chef teaches both professional and recreational pastry classes at multiple culinary schools in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. She also teaches sugar art classes nationally and internationally.

In addition to working over 1,400 weddings, Emily has designed, styled, and assisted with numerous fashion shows including: Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, and Lady Enyce. She has worked alongside Becca Mccharen of Chromat and has represented L’oreal Paris on a tour featuring Beyonce, Alicia Keys, and Missy Elliott.
Emily has created and styled looks for numerous theatrical productions, ranging from Chicago and Cabaret to Cats and Seussical. Her wedding work has been featured in The Knot, Rock n’ Roll Bride, Offbeat Bride, Borrowed and Blue, and Clutch.

Jennifer's love of baking began as a child on the apron strings of her grandmother. She began developing her own recipes in her teens and continued to hone her skills into adulthood. Happy to use her passion for baking to bless her growing family, a simple request to make a friends wedding cake changed the course of her future. She fell in love with the edible art of cake. The daughter of a sculptor, she found the carving and artistry of cake to be a way to connect with the father she had lost too soon. And so was born La Bella Torta, the creative outlet for this homeschooling mom of many. Her work has been embraced by her clients and the community at large. She has had the privilege of creating cakes for celebrities and a long list of beautiful brides who honor her with the chance to be a part of their big day. Her work has been featured in several magazines and industry publications and she has been thrilled to be able to share her love of cake with people through teaching.
Michele first picked up a pastry bag at the age of 6. She is a 4th generation baker and 2nd
generation cake decorator. She is also the owner of Epicurean Delights in Kirkland, WA.
She’s a graduate of the internationally acclaimed Wilton School of Cake Decorating
and Confectionery Art, a former Wilton Method Instructor and is an ICES Approved Instructor.
Her training and education include Chez Boucher Culinary School in New England as well as an extensive education with some of the top sugar artists and teachers in the country.

Her work has won several awards and has been featured on several sites and publications such as Craftsy, Satin Ice, Lucks, Icing Images, ICES Magazine and Edible Artist Network Magazine. When she’s not busy creating custom works of art for clients, (including food styling and creating cakes for The Lucks Food Decorating Company), blogging about caking and baking or shooting new sweet or savory “how to" videos, you can find her demoing and teaching sugar art classes at home and around the US. She’s equally passionate about teaching as she is about culinary art.
